The online store has the right to change the terms of sale at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be published on the website of the Webshop www.mylittlepancakes.ee and will take effect immediately after publication. By using the online store and placing orders through it, the customer has agreed to the terms of sale and privacy of the online store.

VALIDITY OF THE SALES AGREEMENT. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
  • Terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store.
  • Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
  • The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.
ORDER FORMATION
  • To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. 
  • To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery.
  • The fee displayed on the screen for the order can be paid by invoice. 
  • If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivery) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 3 days of sending the notice.
  • The settlement currency is Euro (€).
  • The sales contract comes into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.
  • The minimum purchase amount is 10 €.
Delivery conditions:
  • Delivery is made according to the agreement. 
  • We will consider the time and date you want.
  • Delivery by us is within the city of Tartu.
Right of withdrawal and submission of claims:
  • Due to the nature of the products, it is not possible to return the ordered products.
  • The customer is obliged to inspect the products immediately upon receiving the order.
  • In the event of defects in the order or product quality problems, you must immediately contact customer support (info@mylittlepancakes.ee), describing the problem as precisely as possible and adding pictures.
  • The online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 3 days.
  • The online store is responsible for the non-compliance or deficiency of the goods sold to the customer with the contractual conditions, which were already present at the time of handing over the goods.
  • The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the customer.
  • If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will return the fees included in the sales contract to the buyer.
  • The liability of the online store is limited to the cost of the product.
DIRECT MARKETING AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
  • The online store uses the personal data entered by the buver (name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
  •  OÜ Arciere is the controller of personal data of the online store. 
SOLVING ARGLIMENTS
  • All customer complaints are resolved personally in cooperation with the customer.
  • If the customer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by road, then the customer can resolve the dispute with the Consumer Disputes Court. The client also has the right to Tartu County Court.

We fulfill orders from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Tartu!

If you need to pick up your order outside of these hours, please contact us. We are a home kitchen and we try to fulfill every customer's order.
